2018 Law Firm Must Haves

The Numbers You Need To Know In YourLaw Firm.png

2018 is going to be a great year. Here's a list of what you need to get your office running like a well-oiled machine with this list of 2018 Must-Haves. (Take note Six Figure Solos get on these to reach our $250,000 challenge!)

Office Must-Haves (just my top 4)

1. ScanSnap:

This is a big investment for a solo or small firm, but it is well worth it. The ease and quickness make scanning a breeze. Ditch the 3-in-1 for scanning!

2. Brother Printer:

A fast, efficient personal-sized business printer

3. Smead Folders:

These are sturdy, heavyweight folders that are great for everything firm related. We have decided to use different colors by case type. Here are a few ideas:

(Pro tip: For immigration attorneys, use this free Amiga doc to organize your files)

4. Post-It Tabs:

Don't let any documents go untabbed in your hard files! These are the best tabs, especially in court, because you can grab them and get right to the page you need.

Management Must-Haves

1. Gusto:

Hands-down the easiest, best payroll company around. (And I've tried quite a few!)

2. Bench.co:

Bookkeeping made simple at a price you can afford!

3. Fiverr:

Hire professionals from anywhere in the world to help create your logo, build your website, and more. You may even be able to find a Virtual Assistant (link here to the VA article) who is right for you!
