STEP-BY-STEP IMMIGRATION LAW FIRM AUTOMATION PART 4

By Ally Kennedy, Founder of Amiga

If you have been following along with the previous parts of this series, you know we are just about ready to submit our case. In just a few more steps we are ready to finalize and get our case out the door.

Step 1

The client comes into the office and meets with the LA to review every form one more time and the declaration. The LA makes any necessary changes and the client signs and leaves.

Step 2

The case is passed to the attorney for final review and signature.

Step 3

The LA scans the entire packet and prepares the mailing via FedEx. Remember that all procedures, like a FedEx filing, should be laid out step-by-step in a procedure manual for your LA and other staff to follow along to.

Step 4

The LA prepares the FYI letter to the client with a copy of the submission for their own personal record.

There you have it! With our questionnaires, case templates and automation our case is complete, but it's not over yet. Next week we will have our final part to Step-By-Step Law Firm Automation with client communication and the conclusion to tie together the whole process.
