A - Attainable
R - Relevant
T - Timely
Use this worksheet to set 3-4 goals for yourself and encourage your family to do the same. Consider inviting your employees to set SMART goals that align to your SMART goals. These goals can be big or small in size as long as they fit into each of the SMART categories.
