Setting SMART Goals

By Wendy Castellanos

What if I told you I knew the secret to help you maintain focus, stay on track, and achieve a sense of accomplishment?

By defining SMART goals, you're setting yourself up for success. A SMART goal is something that is:

S - Specific

M - Measurable

A - Attainable

R - Relevant

T - Timely

Use this worksheet to set 3-4 goals for yourself and encourage your family to do the same. Consider inviting your employees to set SMART goals that align to your SMART goals. These goals can be big or small in size as long as they fit into each of the SMART categories.
