Are you ready for the AMIGA 30 Day Fitness Challenge?!  It starts today!  For 30 days, we will be giving you workout and clean eating ideas.  We've set up a group on myfitnesspal for us to chat about our struggles and victories, and to encourage each other along in the journey! 

Most of the workouts are approximately 30 minutes long. Anyone can commit to 30 minutes a day for thirty days!  And in this group there is no guilt and no calorie-counting.  Come as you are and make goals that are attainable for you, and we'll be there to cheer you on along the way!
